What you’re reserving

The First Year Collection has a target retail price of $189 USD: a Halo bracelet, twelve natural milestone stones covering the first year, individual milestone presentation / packaging, the Halo iPhone app, a digital milestone collection and companion maturation throughout the year.

Your $25 USD reservation records your interest in the first production group and helps Halo understand demand. It is a deposit toward the collection, not payment for a finished product. Halo is in pre-production. Product images show the intended design, which may evolve during engineering and manufacturing. Natural stones vary in color and appearance. There is no guaranteed production or shipping date.

The rest comes later

Your $25 reservation will be applied toward the $189 purchase price when Halo enters production. The remaining product balance is $164. Any applicable shipping or taxes will be explained before you choose to place a production order. We do not automatically charge the balance or enroll you in a subscription.

A refundable beginning

You can request a full refund of your $25 reservation before choosing to convert it into a production order. Use “Refund my reservation” in your confirmed reservation on this browser. Refunds go back to the original payment method; completion depends on payment processing and your bank.

If you have changed browsers or need help, contact hello@habithalo.com with your reservation reference or Stripe receipt. Do not send card details. Keep your receipt so we can locate your payment.

A simple payment

Stripe securely processes the reservation, with Apple Pay on eligible devices and cards as a fallback. No Halo account, shipping address or wrist size is needed before payment. A return to the website is not proof of payment: Halo shows “You’re in.” after the payment has been confirmed on our server.

Your reservation information

This notice describes the website reservation flow. Halo stores the reservation reference, payment and refund status, amount, currency, timestamps and Stripe payment identifiers. An email supplied by your payment method may be used for your receipt. After payment, you can optionally add an email, wrist size, shipping country and a separate preference for product updates.

A secure browser cookie lets this browser retrieve and manage your reservation without a password. Random visitor and checkout-attempt identifiers help us count page visits, reservation clicks, checkout starts and confirmed reservations. Event records can be linked to your reservation, but do not include your email, wrist size, shipping country, card information or recovery history. Security controls also use a hashed network identifier to limit abusive requests.

Payment details are entered into Stripe’s secure interface. Halo does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment information under its privacy policy. Our hosting and database providers process the information needed to operate this service.

Choosing “Just keep me updated” sends your email to our Mailchimp mailing list. Reserving Halo does not automatically subscribe you. A post-payment updates preference is recorded separately from payment, and can be changed in this browser. Reservation records are kept for payment, refund, support and production planning; financial records may need to be retained after a refund.
